Coming Soon. Navy Seal Physical Training with Mother Moy and his son Chris Moy. Class schedules will be published here on this site. The class will consist of mostly calisthenics and some marching. Each class is about 1 1/2 hours long, that's a lot of push-ups. Currently, I'm the one getting abused by Mother Moy and there is no going easy on me because I'm his son. Each class gets progressively longer and harder. I keep saying to myself, "If he can do it, then I can do It". Well, you'll see when you get your chance. Hang in there if your anxious to start training. This first class will probably start in March 2009.

Moy Works Inc received the award to remediate the grease from the elevator cables. Should have submitted this one to the Television Show " DIRTY JOBS". We tried many different cleaning products with loads of elbo grease and found not much success to the manufactures claims. I owe the credit to my brother Edward Moy and his finding. Eddie discovered the product that performs miracles on our grease removal project and helped Moy Works to successfully complete this task. | | | | |
